Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Standard international shipping rates apply.  However you should factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes if you have to pick your package up from a USPS postal location. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs.

Q: How do I track the status of my shipment?

A: You will receive an email once your order has shipped that includes a tracking number for your order. This email will be sent from If you can’t find it, you can always contact our customer support team and they can help you track your package.

Q:  Do you accept refunds/returns?

A: All made to order and promotional items are non exchangeable. Due to the items being made to order we do not carry extra inventory to provide replacements. However if you would like a refund, you can ship the unaltered, unworn merchandise back to us for a refund excluding shipping. All non custom items can be returned for exchange or refund. Please contact our customer service team in advance to make sure that your requested item is in stock and available to ship.

Q:  Why am I being charged sales tax?

A: GANAS Fitness Gear, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio. If you are shipping to Ohio, the appropriate charges will be added to your order at checkout.
